The specific errors mentioned are markers of the very first batch off the press in 1967:
• The "With" Omission: On the earliest labels, the track is listed simply as "A Little Help From My Friends" instead of "With A Little Help From My Friends."
• The "McClean" Credit: Very early covers omitted the credit for Peter Blake and Jann Haworth (often misremembered or checked for the absence of the "McClean" print on the back bottom right).
• The "Fool" Liner: These were only included in the initial run before being replaced by standard white sleeves. Finding one in Near Mint (NM) condition is rare, as they were made of thin paper and prone to tearing.
