Description

This album was purchased by me brand new from a record shop in Ilford in 1967 and has been kept in my collection ever since.

It is a genuine documented first pressing with the matrices:
Side 1 XEX 637-1 RMO
Side 2 XEX 638-1 RMD

The wide spine original gatefold is in excellent condition with some edge wear to be expected after 60 years. The front artwork is good with strong colours.

The original psychedelic inner sleeve is in good condition with some minor discolouration.

The cut out sheet is in mint condition.

The black and yellow Parlophone labels are unmarked with the original wording SOLD IN THE UK SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS.

The vinyl is good on both sides.

This is a very nice genuine first mono pressing of this iconic album.

Recently independently valued at circa £285.
