THE BEATLES Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band 1967 UK first MONO pressing of the classic 13-track vinyl LP on the black & yellow Parlophone label, fully laminated internal flipback gatefold picture sleeve variant with WIDE SPINE and upside down spine print, complete with the red & white psychedelic inner & intact sheet of cut-outs.

Condition:
The Vinyl:
This is the original 'unbanded' disc. The vinyl shows a fair degree of play & the occasional light hairline scuff but none deep enough to interfere with play. Upon play testing it was confirmed that, thanks to the quality of sixties vinyl, there is little lessening in sound quality on a mono playback setting, although a degree of surface noise should be expected.
The Inner:
The red & white psychedelic 'flame' inner has "Made in Great Britain, Patents Applied For" text, & shows only the usual light cosmetic blemishes with a small seamsplit.
The Cut-Outs:
Thick card style, unused & in very nice condition.
The Sleeve:
The Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated internal flipback gatefold sleeve is the rare 'wide spine" variant. The spine remains clearly readable with a couple of small chips halfway down. There is a degree of light shelfwear with some edge scuffing and minor laminate creasing in places, but far less than is normally found.
Although not perfect, this is a very respectable copy of this hard to find issue.
