THE BEATLES SINGLES 1962-1978 (World Records)
This box set of The Beatles' twenty-five British singles was compiled and sold by World Records, EMI's mail order division. It was never commercially released. The earlier releases are on the EMI/Parlophone label. While the later discs are on the Apple Records label. The singles are encased in a black, textured cardboard box.
Included is a four-page booklet listing 24 songs and the history of the group. Plus a separate sheet explaining the collection is "now" 25 singles with Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/ With A Little Help From My Friends plus A Day In The Life. (There is also the World Records Guarantee)
I bought the collection myself from World records many years ago.
There is some damage to the box -mainly where it hinges open
(I've got a Sgt Pepper vinyl picture LP somewhere -must get that listed too)
