Description
The Beatles, Self Titled aka The White Album by The Beatles on double vinyl lp record.
This is an original 1968 issue, manufactured in the UK and released on Apple records label. It has 'An EMI recording' text at 9 0 clock position on the label of sides 1 and 2 only and not on sides 3 or 4 which if my understanding is correct makes this a repress from 1968, the same year as the albums first issue. Other identifiers relevant to this issue are: Top-loading gatefold cover; numbered cover with this one No. 0482521; embossed 'The Beatles' on front of cover and small print 'stereo' on rear in top right hand corner; 'Sold in the UK. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists' on label above spindle hole; 'Mfd. in U.K' at 9 o clock position on labels; and -1, -1, -1, -1 matrix/runout (see item specifics).
The vinyl is in good condition and has been play tested. There is some track to track variation in the audio quality so please read the detailed description under item condition before purchasing.
The cover is in very good condition.
There is only one of the four original photographs present, the other three are missing as is the poster which came with the original as an insert.
