Description
This is a rare UK-first Stereo pressing of the greatest album in rock history. Black and yellow Parlophone label with "The Gramophone Co." along the perimeter and the inscription “Sold in the UK .....” below the logo. With KT code on side 2 Laminated gatefold envelope with the flap facing up on the inside. The single-sided green insert and the red halftone "psychedelic" inner sleeve unfortunately lost. Condition. Record: There is one small scratch on track 1 on side 2 causing a click (not looping) and some light "hairlines" that do not affect the sound at all. Plays with great dynamics. Cover: Despite a few shallow cracks in the gloss, I consider it to be in EX condition. It is amazing that after more than 50 years the gloss has remained so deep! And the spine is not worn at all, which is already a rarity. You can see everything in more detail in the photos. This vinyl is perfect for a collection, as this is a misprint. The label on side 1 has an extra dot after "IN" (shown by the red arrow in the photo). It has never been in a smoky room. Very good gift for fans of the great band.
