Description

UK issue of 1967 LP entitled Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles - this copy is a first pressing with relevant label texts and also has a "wide spine".
On the Parlophone Black & Yellow label cat no. PMC 7027 includes the card insert and original red and white inner sleeve. Matrix numbers are XEX 637-1 and XEX 638-1.
The vinyl has several light marks and has to rate VG as a result but, with the exception of a small skip in "Getting Better", it plays fine with a little crackle/pop in places but no other major issues.
Card insert is EX+ condition. The original inner has a large split to the bottom seam but other than that is clean and uncreased.
The gatefold sleeve rates EX with corner bumps to the spine and a small scuff in "Club Band" on the spine itself (which I hope you can make out on my rotten pics) - no other issues and beautifully clean inside and out.
