THE BEATLES Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band PMC 7027 1st Press READ!.
First pressing of an iconic, ground breaking masterpiece by the 'Fab Four' - that's the good news. The bad news is that it has a scratch across 2/3rds of side one, so if damaged goods are not your bag or you are of nervous disposition... stop reading here.
The vinyl is generally in very good plus condition, a few scuffs and storage hairlines, the labels are in very good plus condition displaying 'Northern Songs NCB. There are no stickers and no writing. The scratch produces a only a light 'click' and does not force a 'repeat' or other nasties.
I have uploaded a picture, which should only be viewed after the 9pm watershed and never in front of children.

The cover is in very good condition. It is scuffed along the opening edges, stained and creased along the spine, the gloss while creased in places, is still good, back and front, it has a light storage ring but there are no stickers, no tears and no writing - well loved would be an apt description.
The inner gatefold is very good plus with some creasing, a small tear to one of the flaps and is an example of the fourth proof (it says) top RH corner.
It has a generic plain white inner (not original which was black). There are no inserts.
So, a bit of a curate's egg but the first one who pays will buy!
