Description

THE BEATLES Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band STEREO UK 1st pressing on Parlophone Records PCS 7027.
1st UK Stereo pressing as indicated by the "Sold In U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists" under the Parlophone label, "The Gramophone Co Ltd. etc" along the outer rim of the labels. 
Includes the "K.T." tax code embossed on labels.
Yex 637-1 and Yex 638-1 in the dead wax indicating 1st pressing.

Vinyl in VG+/VG condition. Several light hairlines/paper scuffs. Overall strong VG with crackle during very quiet segments, more VG+ for entire 1st side besides "She's Leaving Home". Side 2 "She's Leaving Home" has background crackle, not overpowering. "When I'm 64" in VG condition with background crackle, "Day In The Life" has some background crackle, not bad, some slight groove wear. The rest of side 2 closer to VG+. Nice sound quality on this release!!
COVER in G+ with spine damage with 4" split in middle where record busted through. Corner cutout, corner damage, creasing, record opening wear with 1/2" split in middle. Bottom seam intact with some chipping/rubbing. Top seam solid no rubbing or chipping.
INNER CUTOUT SLEEVE in VG condition with an area of paper loss with one small corner area damaged (see photos).
No Inner Sleeve included.
