Something New LP - THE BEATLES (Capitol T 2108)
Original U.S. MONO LP. Great 3rd U.S. Capitol album by the moptops, in glorious MONOPHONIC sound, in sweeeeet condition. Cover in ACE condition, still in original shrink & very nice vinyl, plays super - a very well preserved copy of this winner. (It's hard to find early BEATLES albums in nice condition, of course - most of them were played to death by teens on crappy little hi-fi players.) Includes original record company inner paper sleeve.
Disc = Looks EX (some lite hairlines, 2 lite fingernail-like scuffs on side 2 but NOT AFFECTING PLAY AT ALL), but plays much better - NO background noise (even in between tracks), NO distortion & virtually NO pops or clicks either (okay, I heard 1 faint pop at the beginning of "If I Fell" - but that was it) - sounds FANTASTIC
Cover = IN SHRINK; front - just the very slightest bit of wear along right edge, faint diagonal split in shrink near upper left corner / back - some rub/ring wear near right edge & a tiny bit along middle of bottom edge, lite browning & a few lite brown spots near upper left corner, part of shrink missing along upper edge / edges & spine - 2" shrink split along lower right edge, 1 faint indentation mark on spine; otherwise TOP NOTCH
Labels = very slight wear around center hole, w/ NO spindle marks to be found
