- THIS ITEM IS A 12” VINYL DOUBLE ALBUM.
PLEASE NOTE: The cover is in VG+ condition. The vinyl is EXCELLENT. Photos & Poster are EXCELLENT. From my own collection.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING THIS PRESSING & THIS PARTICULAR RECORD:
Part of Parlophone's re-issue of the Beatles' mono pressings, first time since the 1960s.
- Matrix / Runout (Side A label): XEX.709
- Matrix / Runout (Side B label): XEX.710
- Matrix / Runout (Side C label): XEX.711
- Matrix / Runout (Side D label): XEX.712
No particular issues with the condition of the records but I have graded them as EXCELLENT, this is two gradings from perfect (new from the factory - perfect/mint ... as if!). So do not expect perfection but be assured they are indeed EXCELLENT.
The colour photos are as good as you would expect from a new record as is the poster.
The gatefold cover is graded as VG+. The front section of the cover is absolutely fine with a clearly embossed The BEATLES exactly where it should be. The centre section of the gatefold is also in fine condition. The back section of the cover falls a little short as the 'opening edge' is a little 'rough' nothing too bad but you need to know, hopefully the pictures will give you an idea of the situation.
So there you have it a relatively rare edition of this classic album, apart from the back of the cover probably one of the best of the remaining 1981/82 Mono reissues that are still available.
Interesting fact that you may or may not know - this original Mono version was mixed by George Martin with help from the 'fabs' who were present for the 'event'. The stereo version was more or less a solo effort by George Martin as The Beatles had had enough and left him to get on with it. An urban legend? Maybe but I reckon it's about right.
