Description
Very rare PLEASE PLEASE ME vinyl LP 1963. Listed with a £500 price tag in the 2012 Rare Record Price Guide.
Original pressing showing the large mono on the front cover.
With a Black and Yellow Parlophone label with The Parlophone Co Ltd around the rim.
1963 - FIRST PPRESSING ON THE YELLOW & BLACK Parlophone label. This is the rarer version as there is no Sold in the UK text across the centre of the label.
Label contains the: 33 1/3 text Label contains the: Recording first published text PMC 1202 K T Stamped/embossed on the centre of side 1
Matrix numbers
The matrix numbers on both sides finish -1 (this means that this copy was among the first Y & B records pressed)

Side Two XEX 422-1N
VINYL = In lovely condition - i would say near excellent LABELS = Nice and clean with no writing. The text is nice and bright too.
INNER SLEEVE = Original Emitex die-cut in extremely good condition (Please see detailed pictures)
FRONT COVER = Nice and clean with just a few light creases in laminate, 3 of the cover corners show signs of wear (please see detailed pictures) BACK COVER = Nice and clean (no writing or marks) very slight browning though age. Ernest J. Day & Co printed on the back cover.
I keep this record in a protective sleeve. (Please see detailed pictures)
