Arguably one of most INFLUENTIAL and ICONIC Albums of the 20th Century, ORIGINALLY Released in 1968, this is a 1969 first RE- ISSUE UK Apple ISSUE in STEREO** TWO Vinyl LP Set for The Beatles WHITE Album, entitled ‘The BEATLES’.

This Set is COMPLETE, with TWO ORIGINAL UK ISSUE STEREO VINYL LPs, Four Full Colour GLOSSY PHOTOGRAPHS – one of each Beatle, and a Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric POSTER printed by Garrod and Lofthouse, the set is housed within its SIDE OPENING LAMINATED NUMBERED 159611 gatefold Sleeve.

LP Description:

The TWO Vinyl LPs are on the traditional green Apple Record labels, with ‘Mfd. In UK’ label text to all four sides of the record labels, with NO Sold in UK label reference. From July 1969, the Sold in UK label reference was dis- continued on all future pressings.

ALL Four Record labels are in STUNNING MINT MINUS condition, CLEAN, UNDAMGED, UNWORN record labels, with only minimal signs of centre spindle lines.

All four sides of the Vinyl Discs are in superb Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition, CLEAN, BRIGHT, UNDAMAGED GLOSSY Vinyl surfaces, with just a few very light surface hairlines.

Matrix/Stamper information:

Disc 1, Side 1 matrix YEX 709-1 & Side 2: YEX 710-1.
Disc 1, Side 1 stampers: 2 GPL & Side 2: 4 RDD.
Disc 2, Side 3 matrix: YEX 711-1 & Side 4: YEX 712-1.
Disc 2, Side 3 stampers: 2 RGR & Side 4: 2 GLT.

….And are housed in a side opening laminated, numbered 159611 GATEFOLD Sleeve, which is in very nice Excellent condition, a firm, glossy, and clean sleeve.

There are Four Full Colour GLOSSY PHOTOGRAPHS – one of each Beatle in MINT condition.

And the Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric POSTER printed and made in Gt Britain, in Excellent condition, the poster has a pin hole in each corner, and a couple of small tears, but nothing major.

A nice example of this very first 1969 Re-Issue STEREO TWO VINYL LP SET, complete with all original inserts.
