You are viewing an auction for The Beatles "The Beatles (White Album)" Apple SWBO-101 - double LP w/poster & photos from 1968. This is the original, authentic, first U.S. pressing issued 11-25-1968.
The gatefold cover has title 'The BEATLES' raised relief embossed on the front cover and is numbered with a bold black dot on the lower right corner of the front. This is relatively low number 0979368. There are NO seam or spine splits, NO writing, NO tape, NO stickers, but there are some stains, slight corner wear, shelf wear and very slight ring wear. Grades VG.
The both vinyls grade VG+ with a few minor scuffs, but NO deep marks.
The labels w/Capitol logo (first pressing) are clean - unmarked and in NM- condition.
The poster has a bit of wear on both sides, but still in excellent condition.
All four glossy photos have a tiny strips of tape on the top and lower edges and one pin hole. VG/VG+.
Grading is visual and based on the Goldmine standards: NM/NM-/VG+/VG/VG-/G. NM is my highest grade for an opened LP.
The album will be shipped in sturdy cardboard LP mailer in poly outer sleeve and w/bubble wrapping. The records will be removed from the cover to protect cover from a possible damage in transit.
