A VERY EARLY MONO COPY WITH A GREAT SLEEVE NUMBERED 0054714 AND NO "EMI RECORDING" TEXT ON ANY LABELS.HIGHLY UNUSUAL -2 MATRIX ON SIDE 4.I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE OF THESE WITHOUT "AN EMI RECORDING" ON THE LABEL OF A MONO COPY!
THE VINYL IS IN VG/VG+ CONDITION.SIDE 1 AND 2 HAS A LOT OF HAIRLINES AND LIGHT SCRATCHES SO GRADES VG.SIDE 3 AND 4 HAS LESS SO GRADES VG+.BOTH VINYLS HAVE KEPT A NICE GLOSSY SHEEN.
THE LOW NUMBERED GATEFOLD SLEEVE IS IN VG+ CONDITION.IT HAS SLIGHTLY YELLOWED AND HAS LIGHT CREASING.THERE IS SOME OPEN EDGE AGEING AND A CORNER CREASE/BUMP AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT.THE PHOTOS WILL SHOW ITS TRUE CONDITION.
THE ORIGINAL BLACK INNERS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME SEAM SPLITS AND TEARS.THE VINYLS WILL BE SENT IN REPLACEMENT INNERS TO PREVENT ANY MORE DAMAGE.
THE LYRIC POSTER IS IN VG CONDITION.THERE IS SOME SMALL TEARING ON SOME OF THE FOLDS BUT NO GRAFFITI OR BLU TAC/PIN HOLES.
THE ORIGINAL PHOTOS ARE LOST SO I WILL THROW IN SOME REPLACEMENTS TO COMPLETE THE SET.
YOU CAN BE CONFIDENT WITH YOUR PURCHASE.I HAVE SENT VINYL ALL ROUND THE WORLD AND ALWAYS RECEIVE GREAT FEEDBACK!
Grading:
MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks no deterioration in sound, all paperwork should be in perfect condition
Excellent: The Record shows some signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The packaging may have very slight signs of wear and /or creasing.
Very Good: The Record has been played a number of times, but there is no major deterioration in sound quality, despite slight surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps some mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
I add a plus or minus when the item is somewhere between two grades
