THIS AUCTION IS FOR A U.K. 1ST PRESSING 1968 THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM No.0129573 TOP LOADER WITH AN IMPOSSIBLEY RARE AND HARD TO FIND WIDE SPINE.COMPLETE WITH ALL 4 PICTURES AND POSTER AND IN ALMOST UNPLAYED CONDITION. THE LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE:is in stunning and virtually unhandled condition.The front and back of the sleeve is in excellent condition with just some very light disc impression and just a handful of very light and short (10mm) hairlines to the outer edges.The inside is in near perfect condition and the spine still creaks when opened.It clean,bright and white with NO damage at all.The inner flipbacks are in perfect condition and all the corners are still square and true with just the tiniest of rubbing.The bottom and right opening edges are straight and true with NO damage.The top opening edges are in excellent condition with NO feathering.The spine is fully readable with just 2.5 inches of laminte lift to the middle and a small amount of laminate loss (15x3mm). THE VINYL:all 4 sides are in excellent condition with just some very light paper scuffs.Side 4 does have a 2.5 inch superficial mark (made during cleaning) which does not affect the sound quality.All 4 sides still retain a deep shine and lustre and the sound quality is excellent.There may be a very little light crackle in the quieter of passages.The labels are all clean and bright with just the lightest of spindle wear and just 1 or 2 very light spider marks.XEX 709-1,710-1,711-1,712-1. THE 2 BLACK DIE CUT INNER SLEEVES:are in excellent condition with NO damage at all (which is very rare). THE 4 PICTURES:are in perfect condition with NO damge at all. THE POSTER:is in stunning condition with NO damage at all. THIS IS A TRULY STUNNING LP AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEE A MONO COPY IN THIS CONDITION WITH AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE WIDE SPINE SLEEVE !!!!
