Description
Up for sale in this auction is a German pressing of The Beatle's double LP affectionately referred to as "The White Album". This is a fantastic sounding pressing of a classic Beatles recording. Both LPs are in fantastic VG+ shape conservatively with great looking vinyl. Lots of life. Clean center labels. Jacket is in VG+ shape with only some minor wear around the edges and light ringwear. Has a sticker affixed to the front of the jacket that was there when it was released stating "Deutsche Schall Platten Preis", which dates this around the early or mid 80s. This copy is stamped with number 369536 and has no barcode. The back of the jacket has the label code "1C 172-04 173/74" and "Stereo" printed in the top right corner. Comes with all the original portrait prints of each of the Beatles, as well as the fold out large poster with photos of the band. Please see photos and/or ask questions before bidding. - M Mint - Perfect in all ways.
- M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
- NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
- VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
- VG+ Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
- VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
- VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
- G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
