See below for larger image. This auction is for a Mobile Fidelity Stereo Labs NM copy of The Beatles' classic "WHITE ALBUM", and this is an early PRESSED IN JAPAN copy. As stated on the two inner lyrics sleeves: "Half-Speed Production and Mastering by Original Mastering works*Specially Plated and Pressed on High Definition Super Vinyl by Victor Company of Japan Ltd.*Special Static-Free Dust-Free Inner Sleeve*Special Heavy Duty Protective Packaging*Source: The Original Stereo Master Tape*Mastered with the ortofon Cutting System." The 2 Discs themselves also state "Pressed In Japan". In exceptional LIKE NEW condition. Please note that these early pressing MFSL releases did NOT include a White Album poster, nor the 4 Beatle photos. The lyrics which were originally located on the back of the poster are included here instead on two inner heavy stock sleeves that wrap around the two vinyl discs.
Condition:
These 12" vinyl LPs were each played ONCE on a high-end Denon turntable for transfer to tape when first purchased. They are in virtually LIKE NEW condition, and have literally not been played for 20 years. Cover is in Very Fine/NM condition. Still stored in its original protective sleeve, and the outer oversized shrinkwrap is also included (I removed it only to take the image). 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
