Description
This is the BEATLES STEREO UK ORIGINAL LP "THE BEATLES" (The White Album) published in 1968 on the "Apple" label.

VINYLS VG+. Beautiful glossy playing surfaces which look nearly unmarked. Close inspection reveals one or two ultra fine scratches. Plays with the occasional light click and sometimes repeated but most noticable on the last track "Julia" on side-2. No jumps or sticks. Overall quite a nice copy that looks fantastic and plays well. Matrix numbers:- YEX 709-1, YEX 710-1, YEX 711-1,YEX 712-1. 1 AP, 3 MM, 1 L, 1GDP.
LABELS EX. Nice condition - "Sold In The UK ".... text. see photos.
SLEEVE VG+. Nice and clean with nice sharp edges - numbered #0468450. Polysleeve is also included.
INNER SLEEVES EX. Originals with no cuts or splits.
POSTER VG+. One seam as been repaired.
PHOTOS EX. Unmarked.
[My gradings are based on the "RECORD COLLECTOR'S" grading system. The following text is from the "RECORD COLLECTOR" price guide:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, with out any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. FAIR: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. THIS IS A VERY NICE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING STEREO THAT PLAYS WITH OCCASIONAL CLICKS. LOOKS FANTASTIC AND PLAYS WELL.
