What you have here is a very RARE and EARLY album by The Beatles entitled 'With The Beatles' and is an ORIGINAL 1963 UK EARLIEST MONO 1st pressing on the 1st YELLOW PARLOPHONE label, with "Recording First Published", and PARLOPHONE RECORD CO text on the label, and NO sold in the UK text, with the 1N/1N matrix numbers, MKT earliest tax code !!!

If that is not enough this album carry the EARLIEST - MKT tax code on side 2 label (later copies only had the KT tax code, and people who claim that an album with the KT tax code is early press are wrong, as the MKT tax code were the TRUE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS), JOBETTE publishing on "Money", and the mispress of "You Really Gotta Hold On Me" both on sleeve, and label.
The GARROD & LOFTHOUSE sleeve also has the PATENT PENDING print (which was not on later issues) and includes the TRI-FLIPBACK - FRONT LAMINATED darker photo sleeve, as per first issue only !!!

It has the first matrix number of - XEX 447 - 1N & XEX 448 - 1N, and 2P , and 3AH on the 9 and 3 o'clock position.

Now if that is not enough to prove that this album was one of the first few hundreds to be pressed, it also comes with the ORIGINAL thin paper PARLOPHONE double sided insert advertising albums released on PARLOPHONE including the BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME, and this album - WITH THE BEATLES, these PARLOPHONE PROMO SHEETS were only put into the first few hundred copies of the album and always thrown away, THEY JUST NEVER COME UP FOR SALE with the album,
I have searched the net, and could not find another example of this FIRST PRESS ALBUM complete with it's PARLOPHONE PROMO RELEASE SHEET !!!
This copy is complete with it's PROMO PARLOPHONE DOUBLE SIDED PRESS SHEET, and the INNER USE EMITEX sleeve.

So for a quick recap, what you have is first press "With The Beatles" album (one of the first few hundred copies pressed) complete with it's 1N / 1N matrix, MKT tax code raised on side 2 label (YOU NEVER FIND THIS EARLY TAX CODE), JOBETE publishing credit for "Money", "YOU REALLY GOTTA HOLD ON ME" misprint on label, and the one you NEVER SEE - THE ORIGINAL PARLOPHONE DOUBLE SIDED ALBUM PROMO SHEET (Also advertising The 2 Beatles album), PATENT PENDING Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve, with same misprint of "Your Really Gotta A Hold On Me" and original "Use Emitex inner sleeve", JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER FIRST PRESS COMPLETE PACKAGE LIKE THIS !!!!!

Rarity: First pressing 1N / 1N stamper code, KMT tax code, Jobete, and You Really Gotta.... mispress, and the ORIGINAL PARLOPHONE PROMO ALBUM DOUBLE SIDED SHEET !!!

Original Year of Release: 1963.

Matrix Nos:  XEX 447 - 1N / XEX 448 - 1N.

Stamper Codes: 2 P / 3AH.

Cover Grade and Format: EX+ condition, see below.

Cover Front: EX+ (Clean and sharp with only minimal wear).

Cover Back: Minimum amount of ring wear, and only the slightest yellowing from age, apart from that a conservative EX++.

Top Edge: Virtually unworn.

Bottom Edge: Virtually unworn.

Right Edge(s), and Type: Clean, sharp with no wear.

Spine and Text: Solid and square with little wear up to the very last centimeter, text is perfect and unworn.

Corners: Barely any wear on the any corner.

Cover Summary: A superb all round example you will struggle to get any better, EX+ (or even higher).

Vinyl Condition/Visual Grading: VG++ (conservative grade !!!), only a few minor paper and handling scuffs, and marks, which on playback were not noticeable (would grade much higher by others !!!).

Sound Quality and Audio Grading: This record plays VG+++ (EX) if not higher, NO jumps, NO clicks, just pure BEATLES magic.

Inner Sleeve: original USE EMITX inner sleeve in great condition !!!

Other Inserts: Very rare ORIGINAL Parlophone album double sided PROMO SHEET in VG+ condition with only minor bends (just try and find another in any condition)!!!!
