This is the rare,and much sought after, version that was pressed in fairly small numbers by DECCA when EMI could not keep up with demand.It is recognisable by the groove about 1cm from the outer edge of the labels.
Condition
Vinyl - Visual description only - not play tested
Side 1 has some hairlines and sleeve removal lines.VG+
Side 2 has some more noticeable hairlines ans a scuff on track 1. Label states 'You really got a hold on me'.VG
Both sides have an excellent shine.
Both labels with the distinctive Decca groove are clean.
Original Emitex inner with split on one side. VG
The Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending cover has 'You really GOTTA hold on me' in track list. It has some of the usual laminate creasing and from the spine. The flipbacks are all present.The back has age related grubbiness with no writing.Fully readable spine.Nice example.VG(+)
