This is the rare,and much sought after, version that was pressed in fairly small numbers by DECCA when EMI could not keep up with demand.It is recognisable by the groove about 1cm from the outer edge of the labels.

Condition

I have played this record all through on my old Samsung Midi.

Vinyl

Side 1 is hardly marked and would grade EXCELLENT or better except for the tiniest of skips at the very beginning of track 1.Otherwise plays absolutely fine with a little noise between tracks. VG++

Side 2 A small scratch causes some clicks on track 2,otherwise plays fine.EX-

Both sides have an excellent shine.

Apart from the tiny skip at the very beginning of track 1 the record plays absolutely fine with good clear mono sound.

Both labels with the distinctive Decca groove are clean.

Original Emitex inner VG+

The Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending cover has You really GOT A hold on me in track list. It has some of the usual laminate creasing to the front and a nick to opening edge. The flipbacks are all present and very solid.The back has age related grubbiness with no writing.Fully readable spine.VG(+)
