The laminated front cover has no splits or lifting, just a little ringwear and a few small creases next to the spine and one crease near the bottom edge. The opening edge is very clean with only a little handling wear. The back cover is better than many you see and is very clean on the whole and the flipbacks have very little of the staining that you so often see and only a couple of small age related foxing marks.
