Description
This is an original 1969 very rare UK mono album by THE BEATLES entitled " YELLOW SUBMARINE ". It is on the APPLE record label PMC 7070 and is a FIRST pressing. The matrix numbers are XEX 715-1 and XEX 716-1 .That is the good news at a stroke. This is not the shiniest pebble on the beach. The sleeve is in VERY GOOD MINUS condition with finger marks on the back but it does possess the famous two red lines(see picture)The vinyl has lots of scuffs on it but it plays through all of side two and most of side one up to the beginning of track five "It's all too much" when it sticks. A small nudge then sees it home. It plays with lots of crackling, surface noise and clicks.I have only listed it because it is a rare little devil and someone might just want the pleasure of both seeing and owning it. Not worth a lot though. It retains its original inner black dye cut sleeve but it is scuffed at the top and there is a tear at the bottom(see picture). Grading is in accordance with Record Collector definitions.Buyers from abroad to pay via paypal.Other methods by request. My e mail is john@johnshone.co.uk and my phone number is 0151 424 9189.Thank you for taking a look.
Sadly, it is with regret that I need to advise that because of a number of recent disasters, which have cost me a lot of wasted time and caused me great anguish,I am no longer able to accept bids from anyone with a feedback of less than five, unless the person wishing to make the bid contacts me first for my approval. If my approval has not been granted,I will remove the bid and block any further bidding attempts.I am most unhappy at having to resort to these measures but feel that I am no longer left with any alternative. Some people treat ebay as a joke and have no respect for it or its principles.
