THE BEATLES YELLOW SUBMARINE apple 69 UK MONO 1st pr -1-1 red text LP EX/EX PMC7070, -1 -1 matrix, stamper codes 1GD & 1GD.   Very desirable UK mono 1st press with flipback sleeve with red stripes on rear, original Apple labels with Sold In UK and original black Apple inner sleeve.   Sleeve is near ex, some slight laminate creases, labels are stunning and ex, a few spindle marks on side two,   vinyl is visually near ex and plays superbly all the way through with excellent audio, no sticks, no jumps, no nasty clicks, extremely minimal surface noise, a real pleasure to listen to. item 750            the record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable fitted with a goldring stylus , listened to through full range handmade wilmslow audio transmission line speakers that have superb response and definition on all frequencies

 For accurate grading  visual and play grade (like all my records)

this record has been professionally cleaned using an

okki nokki cleaning machine

 

( 1st clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and

finished off with L’art du son / purified water mix

 

the alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have from the manufacture stage , this hides detail in the sound

the l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness the alcohol water mix
