Description
This is not the best peel, but the only real significant damage resulting from it is in the upper left (see photo). What makes this particular peel otherwise desirable, in spite of it being an obviously amateur damaging peel, is the fact none of the faces have significant peel damage. Note the splotch to the right of Paul's head, which cuts into his hair, is the only truly head-area peel concern, while the remaining peel damage is mostly around the edges and not in the significant photo or title portion of the cover. The cover has an obvious original textured feel as well.
This is not an ideal third-state cover, but it is quite legitimate and they are only getting harder to find.
This cover is also splitting, but it is good/complete enough to frame. The top is less significant and is split less than half way, but the bottom is split over half way (see photo). I keep in in a plastic sleeve, so the split isn't really noticeable when I show it off.
This album has the original sleeve as well (see photo). The back shows ring wear and some undesirable markings (see photo), but is in relatively passable shape considering the age and other factors.
The record itself is playable, no deep scratches or gouges, but not of a condition I would normally sell. I have high vinyl standards and consider the vinyl condition to be undesirable, but any buyer interest would obviously be with the cover.
