Description
A great opportunity to buy a RARE FIRST PRESSING VINYL EP from the 1960s by The Beatles called "Yesterday".
This is a U.K. pressing released in March 1966 on the Parlophone label (GEP 8948) (mono) and has 4 tracks (see photos for track listings).
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny VERY GOOD condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there are many light surface marks evident, but nothing at all serious and they certainly do not affect the playing of the vinyl. I have played the whole of both sides and they play fine and sound EXCELLENT.
The labels are clean and free from any writing, stickers or major defects.
The record is flat and has no warps of any description.
The front-laminated picture cover is in a nice shiny VERY GOOD condition. The edges, corners and spine are very strong. There is a trace of ring-wear when tilted towards the light and what looks like a possible repair close to the opening edge. The back cover is clean, but shows a slight sign of ageing.
This is a highly collectable Beatles EP and should be of interest to avid collectors.
