Description
Hi Beatle Fans--up for Auction is a Beautiful copy of the Beatles "Yesterday and Today," Stereo Capitol Label, Original Rainbow Colorband around perimeter This one does NOT say "Subsidiary of Capitol " like so many others do, as this one is a certified original!!. They call this one a "4th State" lp, as it does not have a Butcher slick underneath the "Trunk Cover", but is a gem nontheless. This is a nice copy of this great album...The Cover on the front is in VG+ condition and looks very nice, has absolutely NO ringwear retains it's beauty, THE COLORS BEING VERY VIBRANT. Only has a small patch of layer tear to the right of Paul where someone was trying to see if a Butcher existed, but is very minor. The back cover is almost white in color, and absolutely NO writing and has a number "5" in the lower right corner, probably signifying the West Coast plant where it was pressed. The vinyl itself is in excellent/Near Mint condition, visually and audibly graded. Plays like the day it was bought in 1966, with no scratches, or scuffs . What's cool is it also comes with original company inner sleeve! I believe that this record has east Coast labels, but I was told that Capitol sometimes mixed and matched due to shortages and oversupply with the various plants. This lp was found like this and may be one of those examples... Very rare in itself. ... What's good, is this auction starts at only $9.99!! Good luck, and happy bidding! This album is a gem that you just don't want to pass up!!
