THE BEATLES a hard day’s night PARLOPHONE LP mono Y/B 1st Press PMC 1230!
Original UK album with laminated front sleeve & back sleeve flip over
edges, with rounded corners.
Released in 1964, on the PARLOPHONE record label,
catalogue number PMC 1230 (MONO).
Sleeve Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.
THE PARLOPHONE CO. LTD printed at the perimeter.
RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1964 & SOLD IN U.K. printed on the labels.
Tax code "K and T" letters are embossed on the B-side label.
A-side, Matrix number XEX 481 - 3N
B-side, Matrix number XEX 482 - 3N.
Original paper/poly lined “Use Emitex” die-cut inner sleeve.
EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT CONDITION!
Original LAMINATED front sleeve, displays some slight/light partial
record sleeve ring wear, some faint traces of fine line laminate
scuffing, but with minimal partial dulling.
Has two small partial light half moon laminate creases near
the record insert edge and some light corner wear to the bottom right hand corner.
Back of sleeve is clean throughout, top and bottom
laminated flip over edges have no creases, laminated spine flip over
edge has four light raised laminate creases (would grade back sleeve NEAR MINT).
Overall a good quality well preserved original clean sleeve
which displays, no rips, no tears, no sleeve edge wear,
(spine print is pristine) and no sleeve creases.
Original EMITEX inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, one light
corner crease, and signs of light usage, but with no other damage.
Both record labels are NEAR MINT in appearance, clean clear label
print throughout with just a few small light traces of spindle hole
marks and no other damage.
Playing surfaces display full original gloss on both sides,
with some small barely visible ultra light fine line surface scuff
marks only evident when viewed under a strong bright light.
Both sides play EX+, superb clean sound with no background
surface noise.
