THE BEATLES – A HARD DAYS NIGHT (EXTRACTS FROM THE FILM) & A HARD DAYS NIGHT (EXTRACTS FROM THE ALBUM) ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS 1964 7" VINYL EPs. VERY GOOD+ CONDITION

The Fab Four’s sixth and seventh EP releases, the first reaching No.1 in the UK EP charts but the second only reaching No.8. The first time a Beatles EP fails to reach the top.

I’ve listed each EP below with gradings for vinyl, labels and sleeves. Plus Catalogue Numbers, Matrix and Stampers. With a few additional notes. I think this covers all the relevant information, but if you would like any further information I’d be happy to try and provide it.

Gradings (Vinyl/Label/Sleeve): VG+/VG/VG+    
1st press Vinyl has some fine hairlines and surface marks. Labels have some spindle wear and handling marks. They have “Recording First Published 1964” text, Parlophone rimtext with “Sold in the UK” text and KT stamp. The cover has some storage wear to cornersand handling marks, small split to the spine and furring to the opening edge. The external flipbacks are intact.

1st press Vinyl has some fine hairlines and surface marks. Labels have just minimal spindle wear. They have “Recording First Published 1964” text, Parlophone rimtext and “Sold in the UK” text. The cover has some light creases, minimal storage wear,light rim wear and handling marks. The external flipbacks are intact with some creasing.

I have been a Beatles fan since the day I sat down in 1973 to listen to the ‘Blue Album’. As a young lad this was the first time I had consciously listened to the band. From the first few bars of Strawberry Fields Forever, I was hooked. So it is with a very heavy heart that I now have to sell my vinyl collection!  I have been selling a number of items recently but now need to let the vinyl go. I am not a dealer, so please accept my gradings as being as honest as I can make them without a professional background or equipment. Unless stated the gradings are visual, as I just don’t have the time to play grade everything.

Each record will be removed from it’s original sleeve and dispatched in a plain white sleeve. Both sleeve and record will be placed in an individual protective, clear PVC sleeve and dispatched in a record mailer with stiffeners.

I always obtain a proof of posting from Post Office.

To ensure all items are traceable when sending overseas, I will only use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. Ebay/Paypal insist that they will only credit or believe the items have been sent, when the seller can provide a tracking number. So that is how I will send all my Beatles items outside the UK. This may make my postage charges a little higher than some other sellers but it provides peace of mind to myself and the buyer.

If you are unhappy with an item, I am happy to offer a full refund (inc. P&P) on return of the item. Items must be returned within 12 Days of receipt and in the same condition they were sent out. Return postage must be paid by buyer.
