THIS IS A ORIGINAL 1962 U.K. PRESSING OF THE BEATLES
1st single
LOVE ME DO / P.S. I LOVE YOU without the tambourine etc.
On the RED LABEL, PARLOPHONE 45-R 4949
Off Centre SONG CREDITS for LENNON - McCARTNEY on side one.
Without the `MADE IN GT BRITAIN` printing.

LABELS:
Side one: VG+
Side two: VG+
THE VINYL:
Both sides have surface marks.Side one unfortunately has a mark/audible sound at the start of play that stops just when the vocals start.The mark is not a click or jump ,a sort of `Audio Smudge` would be the best way to describe it.
This may seem a bit unusual but if you want to hear how it sounds,telephone me and I`ll play the record for you to hear over the phone.I`m in over most of the weekend watching / listening to Glastonbury and doing Ebay items (including more bargain price singles)
Other than the mark on side one ,I would grade both sides as VG minus
MATRIX AND STAMPER letters & numbers:
SIDE ONE. 7XCE 17144-1N STAMPERS P Z T 1 on the left , what looks very much like an 0 on the right.
SIDE TWO. 7XCE 17145-1N STAMPERS P Z T 1 on the left , what looks very much like a G on the right.

This is part of my collection of singles I have had for decdes ( I`m 66 ) and all are being offered with low start prices. I have cleaned a few of them but most are as they came out of the box from my loft when I moved recently.
