Description

This is an auction for the 1963 SECOND PRESSING of The Beatles first long player PLEASE PLEASE ME.A Rare and much sort after album.

In Grading this I have used the standard Record Collector system

COVER:-Laminated EJ Day original cover which has acceptable wear and tear for a cover 45 years old. There is a very small name written on the back but has faded significantly. There are no tears with not as much ringwear as you may expect there to be.Given this cover is 45 years a prudent grading would be a VERY STRONG VERY GOOD.

VINYL:-VISUAL:-THe Vinyl does have surface marks on it,which you would expect as general wear and tear, however they do not alter the sound of the record SIDE ONE I would grade as Very Good while Side Two is better on the cusp of VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT Again for a record 45 years old this isnt a bad example at all.

VINYL:-AUDIBLE:-Again I would grade this as a STRONG VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT.Its amazing to hear such a historic record of such age play through with no jumps or scratches.Again going back to its age this is still a very very acceptable example.

LABEL:-The Label is the classic BLACK/GOLD Label. The all-important Publishing Credits are as follows:-I SAW HERE STANDING THERE,MISERY,DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET,THERES A PLACE-NORTHERN SONGS While PLEASE PLEASE ME, and ASK ME WHY are DICK JAMES MUS CO.The actual Label itself I can grade as EXCELLENT.A Very Nice Example

MATRIX/CAT NO:-Matrix Numbers are:-SIDE ONE XEX-421-1N...SIDE TWO:-XEX 422-1N.CAT NO.PMC1202

I think that covers everything but please let me know if you require any further information.I will be pleased to answer you.(However on Hols until Tues 6th)

Please bid in confidence see my 100% Feedback.Thank you very much for taking the time to look.

PLEASE NOTE NO PAYPAL.
