Here for auction is every vinyl and BEATLES collectors dream the BLACK and GOLD album by THE BEATLES titled * PLEASE PLEASE ME *. an ORIGINAL 1st MONO thick vinyl pressing released on the BLACK and GOLD PARLOPHONE record label in 1963, catalogue No: PMC 1202, matrix XEX 421-1n and XEX 422-1N. Stamper numbers side 1: 1-GG and side 2: 1-P. There was a second pressing on the BLACK and GOLD label which quite a few sellers fail to note, this one is the first pressing with the DICK JAMES Publishing Credits for 5 tracks and Z- M- T Tax Code. The condition of the ERNEST J. DAY LAMINATED FLIP-BACK SLEEVE with the ANGUS McBEAN Photo Credit over to the far bottom right corner (NOTE further to the right than later copies) with a nice clean white back, not the usual grubby marks is EX Minus, the correct EMITEX inner POLY LINED sleeve is V/G+ with pat pending, the LABELS and MOST IMPORTANT are NEAR MINT!!! and the no less important and what a BONUS, the VINYL is EX+!!! would have been NEAR MINT but for a HAIRLINE scratch on side1 which has absolutely NO EFFECT on the PLAYBACK, Plays Perfectly both sides, an exceptionally clean copy, you will be absolutely delighted, this is a very rare album to find in this FANTASTIC CONDITION a great future INVESTMENT!!!!
