Up for Auction: Rare MFSL copy of The Beatles Rubber Soul-from the box set!!!
Low starting bid and NO reserve!!!!!
This copy is in fantastic condition. (Please see photos)
Vinyl is EX visually there is a slight mark in track 1 and a scuff in track 5, these do not affect the playability. Visually side 2 is NM. Labels are clean. I play graded this on my Rega P25 turntable with Dynavector cartridge last night It sounds fantastic! Only the slightest bit of surface noise is audible in the runoffs. Sound is clean and solid, typical of MFSL pressings.
Sleeve is EX clean and glossy. There is a slight bit of edge wear and some blunting of the corners. Spine is tight. Inner cardboard sleeve EX as well.
This item is from my personal collection and I purchased it used a few years back on Ebay. It has been extremely well cared for and is looking for a new home.
I prefer the sound of the mono pressings of the earlier Beatles recordings. So, as I have several pressings of this LP I would like this copy to go to a new home of a deserving audiophile. This is as good of a copy that it gets next to a sealed copy. If you are looking for this title at a reasonable price then this is for you!
