TIME 1004.    Original 1958 issue.  Blue label. 

Condition is VG-     Great r&r !

PLUS ....    The original EP SLEEVE for TIME EP 100.   There is no record for the EP but use it to store the above 45 !!  FABULOUS COVER PHOTO OF THE BELL NOTES.  Would make a fantastic display item.   This old type thick sleeve is in good order with just some signs of age.  There is some splitting of the bottom seam & a small bump to the top left corner.
