TITLE:  The Best Of Belafonte

SONGS:  Ten 2-sided 45 RPM Extended Play records, containing 39 different songs, mounted in a Box Style Cover – Please see scans for titles.

LABEL/NUMBER:  RCA Victor SPD-24 – Includes ten 45 RPM records numbered 599-9126 to 599-9135.

SIZE/SPEED:  7 inches / 45 RPM

YEAR:  Late 50’s or Early 60’s - I could not find a date anywhere on the Cover, Inserts, or Records. Please see my other Auctions for many more Extended Play Albums, as well as Promotional and SEALED Soundtrack, Original Cast, Individual Artist & Christmas recordings.

DISC CONDITION:  The records are VG+ to NM. I carefully inspected each of them and I see no notable scuffs or scratches. The records will be placed in Generic sleeves for shipping.

COVER CONDITION:  The Box Style Gate-fold Cover is VG+/NM. All corners are intact and solid. It has no Seam Splits or other issues.

INSERT CONDITION:  This set comes with a number of Inserts, First is the 14 page 7 by 7 inch Booklet. I’ve provided pix of the front and back Covers as well as the 1st page, which lists all 39 selections. Next is a sheet titled “Contrary to custom…” in which RCA seeks to explain why each record is not mounted in an individual sleeve. Then, there are the 11 sheets RCA used to separate the records and promote other RCA Victor offerings. The Booklet is VG+ to NM, while the separators are VG+ or better, a couple of them having very minor stains.
