DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : Wear ro edges and corners and a 5cm seam split on the bottom edge from the opening. half of bottom rear flipback missing, otherwise OK, rear nice and clean and all writing clear: G
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a number of light surface marks...nothing deep and plays great with just a little surface noise here and there..no jumps, pops or distortion...Lovely clear sound!: VISUAL VG / AUDIO EX-

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
