Description

Offered for sale is a pair of 12" vinyl LPs from the Ink Spots. 'The Best Of The Ink Spots' and 'The Best Of The Ink Spots, Volume 2' each contain 12 of the group's hits - so a total of 24 songs. Both records were released in the UK on Decca's Ace Of Hearts label, and both are in mono. The first record was released in 1961 and the second is from a few years later. Both come complete with the original picture sleeve and a plain inner sleeve. 

Both records are in reasonably good condition overall, especially considering their age. The outer sleeves both show ringwear and are a bit creased in the corners, but there is no major damage and no splits. The inner sleeves are a bit creased but are otherwise fine. 

The vinyl itself is marked on all 4 sides with quite a lot of very light surface scratches - it is difficult to see these unless they are in direct light but I have tried to capture these in the pictures. Record 2, side 2 is probably the worst of these. But all 4 sides play through fine, with no skips. The labels are also generally clean, with minimal spindle marks. 

Overall this is a pretty nice pair of these popular Ink Spots LPs, which have plenty of life left in them for a fan.
