This is a 78 RPM on Mercury 71343 Canadian issue. Includes mercury sleeve.

 

This was only released in 78RPM format in Canada and the UK. As far as I know it was never released on 78 RPM in the US.

 

Shellac is a very glossy VG++  and better with some  minor barely noticeable light scuff marks and some very minor hairline scratches. – collector piece.
