THE BIRTHDAY PARTY - Mr Clarinet b/w Happy Birthday, 7" single on 4AD – AD 114. 1981 UK pressing. 
The record near mint. There is are no scratches or marks, plays great. The cover has some storage wear/ ring wear and slight creasing. There are no splits or tears. Please see pictures.
