Description

Absolutely beautiful original 1983 copy of the classic Bluegrass Album Band vol. 3: California Connection, on Rounder 0180. One of Tony Rice's great bluegrass statements, with a host of the best bluegrass players in the world: J.D. Crowe, Doyle Lawson, Jerry Douglas, Bobby Hicks, and Todd Phillips.  One of the greatest bluegrass records of all time, and one of Tony Rice's greatest. And this copy is very nearly perfectly mint. The disc plays flawlessly and just beautifully, and the cover is nearly immaculate as well, with a cutout corner at the upper right, but no other issues at all. Original barroom label, pressed on thicker and better vinyl that later, cheap Rounder LPs. This is a hard copy to beat.
