THE BLUES BUSTERS Best Of... DOCTOR BIRD LP ska soul 1967 Byron Lee Dragonaires
Very rare original UK issue LP from 1967 on Dr. Bird Records (DLM 5008).Genuine first press with textured paper labels and A 1H/B 1H matrix number endings stamped in the run-off grooves.
Belting 60's Soul, some great ballads and Ska from the duo of Lloyd Campbell and Philip James, backed by Byron Lee and The Dragonaires.

Vinyl is generally in very good+ condition. There is a small 1cm mild scratch on side 2 causing an occasional slight click at the end of track 3 and at the start of track 4, although these aren't all that noticeable and luckily the loudest clicks seem to be in the gap between the two tracks. Rest of record plays through fine! Probably hasn't been played a great deal as the labels look clean with crisp tidy edges around the centre holes and only a small amount of spindle marks.
Sleeve is pretty worn and marked, although there is no writing or spine splits apart from a small tear just below the top left corner.
