Condition:
Vinyl - NM Sleeve - Ex (some shelf wear on edges, but otherwise superb) Printed inner sleeve - Ex (has some creases on corner - see photo) Songbook - M Insert sheet - NM
I try to be honest about condition, and conservative with grading. I've looked at other guides, and have used the following grading:
mint (M): as new
Near mint (NM): minimal signs of wear
excellent (Ex): excellent condition, minor signs of wear
very good (VG): overall good condition, several hairline scratches or wipers
good (G): lots of hair scratches, scuffs, etc.
fair (F): It's seen a lot of action, but still plays, with 'character'!
