Please note that, whilst it it comparatively rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post, my part of the transaction contract is legally completed as soon as the item is in the hands of the Post Office. I will not, therefore, accept responsibility for any loss or damage by the Postal Services. Due to the volume of items handled I am unable to provide on-line trackable proof of posting unless insurance options is requested by and paid for at the time of remittance by the buyer Whilst I endeavour to dispatch items as soon as possible after payment has been received and/or cleared, please allow up to 14 days for delivery (21 days if overseas).
