3ChordRecords is offering for sale an Excellent 1977 UK 7 inch by The Buzzcocks "Spiral Scratch EP" on New Hormones Records.
Cat No. ORG 1
The 7 inch is pressed on thick black vinyl and is in Excellent condition, the record retains much of its original sheen, there are light marks visible under bright light but no scratches affecting play. The plastic labels are clean. The record comes in the original paper picture inner sleeve which is in VG condition, sellotape has been taped around all four edges and although this has been removed it has left discolouration along all edges. There are a number of light creases on the sleeve and light ringwear, there are no tears and no seam splits. The flipbacks on the rear are clean with no creases or lift, the opening edge has the name Derek Wharton neatly written in pen. Both sides of the sleeve have been signed by Howard Devoto, making this a unique Buzzcocks rarity. You will not be disappointed.
Overall an Excellent original first press of this increasingly hard to find punk rock single, made unique by the signature. Bid with confidence.
