This is THE CAPREEZ How to Make a Sad Man Glad /It's Good to be Home Again 45 RECORD RARE NORTHERN SOUL, original pressing on the Sound label #149 out of Detroit from the 1960s.  

Vinyl visually has lot of light to moderate marks/surface scratches, but have had it cleaned & play tested the record, see video.  It plays through on both sides with no skipping on TEAC turntable with one large speaker hooked up which will not give you the full stereo sound (see video) so obviously sound quality can vary depending on your system.   Sound quality on flip side is similar to the video of How to Make a Sad Man Glad.  Labels have some spots of wear on both sides, see scans.
