Mega rare 7" EP of the first ever recordings from THE CARDIGANS, limited to a mere 300 numbered copies only (this is 124/300). This was their first demo, "In Pursuit Of Pooh", recorded in late 1992 when the band had just started.
It dffers quite a lot from the usual early sound of the band. This is really fantastic twee indiepop á la Sarah Records! There is also a male vocalist on some of the tracks – this is guitarist Peter Svensson singing (as the voice is similar to the one on his PAUS side project).
Of the tracks on this EP - only "Pooh Song" was later re-recorded and released. All the other three tracks are exclusive and were never re-recorded.
Extremely rare!
