Description

Nice copy of the original 1964 pressing of the Challengers Go Sidewalk Surfing, on Triumph Records mono LP TRL-LP-100. Great surf guitar rock in glorious mono! Features wonderful early cartoon by Rick Griffin on the back, as well as liner notes by him. A classic relic from the very earliest days of skateboarding. The disc has some marks and scuffs, but it plays really quite beautifully. There are occasional light ticks but really not bad at all. It plays loud and clear. Really a great player. The cover has some cornerwear and edgewear, mainly at the bottom, and general shelfwear and age, but really it is well intact, with no seam splits, a fully readable and smooth spine, and really no further issues at all. A lovely copy all around, despite its light wear.
