Premature Negative Feedback, and premature opening of a case, is when a Buyer does not contact Seller with problems or concerns, but rather when buyer prematurely leaves a Negative Feedback, or opens a case with Ebay,  with a description of  the problem or concerns instead.
This type of Feedback abuse does not follow Ebay Feedback Guidelines and will result in seller opening a case with eBay in order to cancel the transaction/s and blocking buyer from seller’s future auctions. Opening a case prematurely without contacting seller first denotes a lack of  confidence with seller and results in the seller becoming defensive rather than concentrating in solving the problem/issues the buyer might have
