Basics: The Cherokees, Running Wild/Moon in the Afternoon - W&G (Original Australian Issue)
Condition: VG+ (A side label has sticker on it (as seen in the above record image). Both sides have pretty light scuffs and retain loads of gloss. A pretty clean copy. Both sides play through loud and clear and probably an EX grade. Record has a little wobble when it plays (really minor amount that doesn't affect play at all) .When this record comes up on sales pages it is often pretty trashed.....this however is a actually a very nice copy indeed. - those seeking sound files can email me and I'll send out the goods.
Comments: This is the very first 45 put out by the acclaimed Australian Beat/Surf group the Cherokees back in 1964, a bit before they signed to GO!! and had some biggish chart hits. Both sides offer pretty surfy beat cuts with some really great guitar work thrown in. A really hard 45 to find, particualry in decent order, such as this copy is.
Postage is 3.50 within Aus and 6.50 for International. More than happy to combine postage for multiple purchases. Happy to do returns in the unlikely event of dissapointment with records, though I'll not return postal charges ( Never had a record returned out of hundreds I have sold here and there)
